The newly beadblasted door is reassembled, replacing any parts that show wear or are out of tolerance. The refurbished
door is then mounted to the chamber in a right or left swing configuration
as specified by the customer. The front panel is attached to the unit,
then the plumbing and electrical process begins. |

All components are new or refurbished and meet or exceed the original equipment manufacturer's specifications. Any reused components are cleaned, rebuilt and fully tested to the same O.E.M. specifications. Once the plumbing components are completed, all new wiring harnesses are installed.

The front panel and door cover are then installed, along with a 3000 Stage 3 Control Column. All electrical connections are made and the unit is ready for testing. The unit is then thoroughly tested in each phase and function to ensure trouble-free operation. We install a newly powdercoated door handle. Powdercoating is a process wherein the finish is bonded to the metal. This makes for a smoother, more durable, chip-resistant finish. The unit is then placed on a custom palette and either shrinkwrapped or boxed, depending on disposition of the unit or customer request. |
